Breakfast was good location ok

Room was musty smelling shower hot and cold water went off during shower, eventually got some cold water out of sink tap so had to boil kettle to finish washing my hair, we stayed in room 404 and fire escape door was locked

Location - brilliant, near the new pier, town and shops, and the seafront. Plus, right by Crazy Hills Putting.

The location of the venue is particularly good and magnificent, just next door to the seafront, and taxis available. The room is huge and big size with a very comfy bed and pillows. The breakfast is good and the staff is exceptional, brilliantly friendly.

Brilliant place with pleasant staff and free wi-fi. Spacious room and tea and coffee, and a balcony inside. Exceptionally comfortable bed. Magnificent location - next to the sea front at Weston, the main seafront and taxis available.

The hotel was close enough to the new pier, town and shops, also the bus stops to Burnham on Sea, Brean, Wells and Bristol and the sea front at Weston thanks to its absolutely perfect and excellent location. Moreover, it was at a medium distance from Winter Gardens Pavilion Event Venue.

Great choice for weekend. Clean room with a nice bathroom. Great staff onsite.

The setting was quite good within easy reach of Madeira Cove. Distance to the airport was just 30 km.

I had beautifully maintained huge room with adequate facilities and a powerful shower.

The views from the 4th-floor window were amazing, overlooking the beach and promenade. The location of the hotel was also very convenient, with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby and the city center just a short stroll away. the breakfast provided was satisfactory, with a good variety offered at a dedicated table.

One of the major drawbacks was the lack of double glazing in the front rooms, which resulted in noisy evenings due to the drinkers outside. the parking situation was quite limited, with only a few spaces available in front of the hotel.

We loved the spacious twin room with a large bathroom and daily cleaning. The friendly staff made our stay even more enjoyable. The location was perfect, within walking distance of many attractions and right on the seafront. The hotel offered plenty of choice for breakfast, and our furry friend felt right at home with the dog-friendly atmosphere.

Felt incredibly welcomed and had no complaints whatsoever.

Our two-night stay at New Ocean in Weston-super-Mare was fantastic! The location, right at the North end of marine drive, was perfect. The staff at reception were friendly and helpful, and the rooms had everything we needed, including modern showers and flat-screen TVs. The hotel also had a nice pub with affordable prices and entertainment on the evenings we were there.

Strongly recommend this hotel.
